Loved this place, it was neat and had fantastic staff and location. The bed was super and it was great having coffee and balcony.
Well, the room really had to be cleaned.
Top location, it was an excellent experience. Perfect bed in the king guest room, plus coffee, fridge and balcony. The hotel was ideally situated.
We liked warm breakfasts!
Always spotless place with extremely attentive staff and fab location. It included a large bed and a separate bathroom. Early check in & the service was admirable...
Accommodation was spacious and majestic, beds were big. They made my stay incredible.
Absolutely delicious food, had really amazing stay.
Decent location, okay facilities, very cordial staff. Room was absolutely gorgeous, airy. The hotel was in a shopping area. We loved innovative restaurants on site: D
A terrific way to end my weekend. The self service breakfast was enjoyable and had pretty good food. I enjoyed their quick check in and the service was perfect.
Good choice for exploring Belfast. The property was spotless and truly wonderful, had beautiful staff and views. We loved the amenities, such as a personal safe, an air conditioning and a study table. Busy area, central location.
Rooms were clean. Very close to city centre and tourist attractions, near train station and minute walk from great restaurants
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, central location great too.
Could hear noise from other room, but most hotels are the same.
Good location and good hotelClean excellent staff - however there are some maintenance issues that are required.
I found the check in staff very mannerly and efficient, our bags were brought to our room by the porter, heating in the room was explained and the facilities were excellent. Food was good and as we were going to a Richard Claderman concert in the waterfront next door location couldnt have been better.
I enjoyed the view from our room and also found the staff very friendly and helpful especially John at the desk who was very nice and helpful to us both
Professional and curtious staff, good sized room with a very comfortable bed.Great Great varietyand quality of breakfast
Extremely expensive overnight carpark charge for paying customers
Enjoyed spending the weekend at the Hilton. As always, very good breakfast and nice and spacious room.
